Kindergarten teachers are improving their socio-psychological competence

September 11-15, 2017 in the village of Kuryk was held a seminar-training on the social and psychological competence of the personality "Effective personality" for kindergarten teachers in Kuryk village. This is the final training within the five-year social program "Growing together!" aimed at improving pre-school education. 

The training was attended by 17 teachers from 6 kindergartens of Kuryk village and Eraly station, who for 5 days engaged in self-actualization, identified their personal opportunities, eliminate limiting them beliefs, got rid of fears and complexes.

"By taking part in the training "Effective personality", I realized that it is possible to change the outlook on life and life itself. I changed my attitude toward people, began to see my surroundings more positively. I realized how important it is to give children the love, warmth, understanding, acceptance...", - says the kindergarten teacher "Ana" Manshuk Osmanalieva. 

The training was aimed at the personal development, creative potential, formation of leadership skills, effective communication, conflict management, motivation to improve the quality of pre-school education.

"Innovative methods "Montessori" and "Step by Step", introduced in kindergartens of Kuryk village, suggest the creative development of children, which will allow children in the future to form new, transformative values and ideas. To fully work with these techniques, it is necessary that the teachers themselves have creative opportunities... Our training is aimed at the development of the personality of the teacher and the formation of creativity in the work. Teachers have learned to reveal their potential and potential of children to achieve great results in their development because our children are facing great challenges: environmental conservation, cancer control, space exploration.
