On November 3, from 10:00 to 11:00 on Astana timeline webinar on the basics of coaching and self-coaching tools for NGOs will be held.

The concept of "coaching" appeared in our country not so long ago, but it has already proved its effectiveness in helping people achieve their goals. Briefly, a coach is a person who, by asking a series of questions, helps a client to formulate a goal and see the steps to achieve it or look at a difficult situation from different perspectives and find the most appropriate solution to the problems.

During the webinar, you will learn about coaching and its principles, as well as be able to apply the coaching tools that you can work with, yourself.

The webinar will be very useful for both managers and ordinary NGO staff.
