The selection of participants is carried out in two stages. At the first stage, of the 72 concepts with ideas, the best 25 were selected. Winners of the first stage complete the development of business plans, which in August will be presented to the selection committee. Winners of the second stage of the competition will receive financial support and consultations during the next two years.
