Training for the special monitoring group of the project "Accessible Pavlodar"

Training for the special monitoring group of the project "Accessible Pavlodar" on training the procedure for creating video content on the status of the availability of social infrastructure facilities.

The team of the Public Foundation "TANDAU", working on the creation of an electronic map of accessibility of facilities and services for people with disabilities, "Accessible Pavlodar" increased by four people, for whom on June 8, 2016, the Youth Service Center conducted a training course on the procedure for creating video accessibility of social infrastructure facilities. Recall that the project "Accessible Pavlodar" is part of the USAID program "Initiative in Support of Effective Governance".

People who are most interested in the electronic map of accessibility, people with special physical needs, those who due to life circumstances are forced to move around on wheelchairs are involved in creating video content.

During the training, the participants learned in detail about the project, the survey of volunteers of city facilities (on June 8, more than 600 objects were surveyed, photo reports were prepared), got acquainted with the beta version of the electronic map, and made a list of 25 objects about which it is necessary to shoot video, and passed a short training course on the basics of using a video camera.

The participants of the training will be given certificates of the established type in the near future, on the basis of which they can start shooting. Within a month and a half within the project, the participants of the training will be removed 25 videos about the availability of socially significant facilities such as railway stations, health facilities, government agencies, shops, etc., which will be published on the electronic map "Accessible Pavlodar".
