The winners of the first stage of the Zharkyra contest

In February 2018, as part of the program for the development of social entrepreneurship in the Atyrau Oblast, implemented by the Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia with the financial support of Tengizchevroil LLP, the third Zharkyra competition for social entrepreneurship started under the social investment projects.
