School administration of Kuryk village study methods of effective administration

On 3-8 July 2017, a practical training "Effective administrator" is held in Almaty for school principals and heads of kindergartens of the village Kuryk within the projects "Growing together!" and "Learn together" aimed at improving preschool and school education. During the training, participants learn to form leadership skills, effective communication and conflict resolution, self-actualization, team building, their development as a holistic group subject, motivation to develop and improve the quality of preschool and secondary education.

The training consists of two modules:

1) socio-psychological competence of the individual “Effective personality”, 

2) training for trainers for managers.

The first module is carried out by a partner of the program-the Genesis Verae Center for Psychotechnologies. For the second module, business coach Asel Imangozhina was invited. 

This training is conducted as one of the activities of the exit strategy from the project.
