Remote work for the ordinary people

A resident of Atyrau city Damira Temirkhanova started looking for a remote work, when she realized that most of her time she had to devote to her child with cerebral palsy. Through the Internet she found the Call Center operator's job in a Russian insurance company, where she took courses on working with the company's program. Since Damira works only remotely and via the Internet, which allows her to constantly be with her family.

Development of information technology has a significant impact on social relations, social institutions, and way of life of each person. Today it is impossible to imagine life without internet. Via the Internet people get information, find new and old friends, get education, and even earn. Remote work via the Internet requires a certain knowledge, skills and new ways of thinking.

Damira trained at online marketing courses at the Academy of lead generation and SMM specialist at WebPromo Academy.

"I earned money, working only 3-4 hours a day, and realized that this is possible. I wanted to teach other moms through social networking groups, where I am registered. There I gave them tips about earnings in the Internet, told about online courses. But it would be more efficient to organize social classes. There were no such courses in Atyrau, but there is great demand for web specialists. Thus, I decided to open up my own courses and was looking for the money. Then I found out from my mom about Zharkyra program and decided to take part", - says Damira.

Damira’s project "Academy of internet specialists" reached the final Zharkyra contest of social business ideas. Together with other members Damira took trainings, received consultations in the creation of a business plan. For 3.5 million tenge received as financial assistance Damira purchased franchise of a known Russian school of remote operation. In Damira’s center currently work 5 people.

At the moment Damira is training 4 girls from socially vulnerable layers of population. Girls are learning persistently and mastering online specialty. Her school is ready to conduct courses in 11 specialties. Damira and her partner possess all the skills in these fields, which allow them to conduct courses and check test results.

"This is the first school in Atyrau. Different firms and companies that are interested in training of their staff are already addressing us. Most of them are asking about the courses of graphic design, the SMM and sales manager", - says Damira.

Damira and her team have a lot of work ahead. They are preparing for online courses on "Promoting business online" of "Young business" school supported by Zharkyra program. Damira plans to study foreign experience on the Internet jobs and to introduce them to their school.
