Life is full of new opportunities

Aigul Maktaubayeva is the winner of 2016 Zharkyra Program. She opened Sharga Center on training girls from low-income families and disabled in hairdressing. Aigul received funding, took a refresher course and purchased the necessary equipment for the training center. In the center girls and women are trained in 10 specialties in the field of beauty. To date been trained 80 people, 50% of whom found jobs after the courses.

Akmaral Urgeshbayeva is a mom of 4 kids. Her husband is a disabled of group II. She used to work in Public Service Center, but her salary was low and not enough to provide her family and treat her husband. She wanted to find a congenial job that would allow supporting her family.

"I always wanted to do hairdressing business. When I found out from my friends that in our city opened a training center, immediately enrolled in courses, "- says Akmaral.

From February to April 2016 Akmaral studied at the center, learning hairdressing and make-up. She got a job as a hairdresser and makeup artist in one of the beauty salons of Kulsary city. She also teaches courses in makeup training in Sharga center.

"This work allows me not only support my family and cure my spouse, but also brings joy and satisfaction" - says Akmaral.

Under the Zharkyra program together with the founder of the center Akmaral took refresher courses at the Progress training center in Almaty. She took the courses on "Professional make-up" with the support of the program, "Eyebrow" with the support of Sharga training center and course on "Hairstyle" at her own expense.

Training in Almaty helped Akmaral to become a true professional in this field.

Thanks to the experience of work in a beauty salon and training in Almaty Akmaral is one of the leading instructors of Sharga training center. 60% of its students are employed. Aigul is confident that Akmaral would become a known make-up artist in Kulsary city.
