I. Program Overview and Organizers
The Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia (EFCA), in partnership with Coca-Cola Içecek Kazakhstan (CCI), is launching the Tañdauym scholarship program for graduates and senior-year students of technical specialties in Almaty. Over the course of six months, 30 participants will work with experienced mentors, take part in trainings and study visits, and receive educational grants. Through the program, young women will be able to enhance their professional skills, strengthen their self-confidence, and expand their career opportunities, preparing for a successful start in their chosen field.
Coca-Cola Içecek Kazakhstan serves as both the initiator and sponsor of the program, reflecting its strategic commitment to increasing women’s participation in technical and industrial fields. By supporting this initiative, the company aims to foster a more inclusive and diverse workplace culture and to inspire more young women to build careers in engineering and technical professions.
