I will use all the knowledge that I gained during the training in my work for the development and training of the new generation. I am very grateful to the teachers and organizers of the training. I look forward to new trainings", - says Gulmira, one of the participants of the training on "Step by Step".
"I came to the training "Montessori" because I heard a lot about this technique. I had no idea how useful it is to children. For 5 days I learned a lot about the Montessori approach, and most importantly was able to practice it myself. For the first time, I not only saw Montessori materials, but also worked with them. I want to go through all Montessori trainings and implement these trips in my kindergarten", - said the participant of the training on the Montessori method.
In order to further build the capacity of local experts, the training was conducted by the trainers of Step By Step and Montessori from the kindergartens of Kuryk village (Aigolek, Bolashak, Kulynshak). All 10 coaches have experience in these methods, they are the first specialists who have mastered the techniques of "Montessori" and "Step by Step" within the program "Growing together!".
